He said "sure" and had the quick service group deliver the jeep to his service area and did the software update in about 30 mins. I was very pleased to be able to attain all the service work done in one trip! I have worked with Jerry before to repair several items on an older wrangler. He was very helpful and kept in touch via telephone with respect to the service needs and expected costs. The wrangler now works great! This is one of the reasons we returned to Olathe Jeep to trade our older Lincoln in for the 2018 Grand Cherokee. Service Sells! More

I got my Wrangler!! OK, now onto the details. . .I have been planning on buying a new Wrangler Unlimited for a couple of years now, and I began my research about a year a OK, now onto the details. . .I have been planning on buying a new Wrangler Unlimited for a couple of years now, and I began my research about a year ago. I knew what features I wanted, what a fair price would be, and what fair value would be for my trade. I pretty much knew which one I wanted, too, thanks to car search websites. When it came time to go look and buy, though, I became anxious. Honestly, I cannot stand male sales people. I realize a few bad ones ("now look here, little lady" and "don't get smart with me!" are just two examples of what some have said to me that they would NOT say to a man) unfairly represent the whole group, but hey, I have been traumatized, and I simply could not work with a man after past car-buying experiences. I looked at the dealership website and found TWO sales LADIES! Hmm, well, I picked one and called her number. She answered, we made an appointment, and 40 minutes later I was test driving my new Wrangler! Liz McMullen was enthusiastic, friendly, and professional. She did not hover, she let me test drive by myself for as long as I needed, and she did not ever pressure me for the sale. If she would have, I probably would have acted a little more iffy about the purchase, but I just told her the truth . . .I love it, and I want it! Within two hours, I was driving my new Jeep off the lot. Mike Farmer was the finance guy I worked with, and when I told him that under no certain terms did I intend to purchase an extended service warranty, he chuckled and respected my wishes to proceed without the sales push. Paperwork and financing took about twenty minutes tops. Overall, I got a good deal on the Jeep, and I love it! I was not happy with what they gave me for my trade; I was a little insulted since I have maintained it mechanically for the past ten years with no issues and they told me it didn't run well, thus the lowball offer. Oh well. Moving on, though, I hope next time I am ready to buy a new car, Liz is still working because I will absolutely buy from her again. More
