Oil change Came in at about 3:30 PM for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked about how long it would take and was told I would be out before 5 PM as they wer Came in at about 3:30 PM for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked about how long it would take and was told I would be out before 5 PM as they were pretty full. Seemed reasonable to me so I went ahead. A little later they brought in the cabin air filter saying it needed to be changed, which it did. I said to go ahead since I had been shown the filter at the last service and told it might need to be changed at the next service. A little after 4:30 PM I was checking out. Very unacceptable Where do I start? Monday went in for a tire patch and alignment. That took 5.5 hours.... I sat in the waiting room for 5.5 hours and not to mention I Where do I start? I sat in the waiting room for 5.5 hours and not to mention I worked midnight shift before so I got off at 7am and went there thinking its going to take 1.5 hrs tops. Nope wrong. Then it got done and as soon as I got on to strang line rd still wasn't straight and pulled right. So I immediately called the service manager he told me to bring it back on Tuesday morning and he would give me a loaner and take care of it. Well today is Tuesday and guess what I just picked it up and it still pulls right. I can't even go straight down the road with out having the steering wheel to the left!!! Come on guys!!! Do you even test drive your vehicles be for you say they are done?? I'm waiting a call back from the GM I'd like them to refund me everything and to fix the issue! Very unacceptable! More
