Horrible Experience I went in to look at used vehicles, I had a pre approved loan to work with and a budget. It was suggested by Richard to apply for financing their to r I went in to look at used vehicles, I had a pre approved loan to work with and a budget. It was suggested by Richard to apply for financing their to receive a larger loan. After two and a half hours of being there, I was brought one vehicle to look at. My top goal was to find a vehicle that would better fit my sons car seat. The vehicle would not at all fit my sons car seat. I was told to just pull the passenger seat forward and put my son behind it to fit. Then we go back inside after saying the vehicle would not work and I was shown the finance worksheet for that vehicle. I had clearly stated I would like my payments to be around $320-$340. The finance worksheet showed $440 payments for that car. A car clearly not what I was asking for or around my budget. I was never given options to look at or to go out on the lot to look. When my mom and myself were about to leave, they said they had a vehicle they think I would like and that would fit his car seat. So we said we would look, although at this point we were clearly not happy with our experience, hints why we were leaving. They bring around a vehicle that had ripped seats, ripped holders that are behind the seats. An absolute horrible vehicle. The experience was absolutely horrible and I will never be back. I will also recommend against this dealership. More
Dishonest Service Team; Worst experience of my LIFE!! I bought a brand new Charger 4 years ago. From the very beginning, I had problems with this charger. When I would take it in while under warranty, the I bought a brand new Charger 4 years ago. From the very beginning, I had problems with this charger. When I would take it in while under warranty, the service department would tell me that they couldn’t replicate the electrical issues that I was having and sent me on my way. For 4 years, I dealt with a $30,000 car that functioned properly about 50% of the time. Issues varied from windows that wouldn’t roll down to the car shutting off while driving down the road!! Trying to resolve this with the service department was unfruitful. Mike, the service manager was disrespectful and degrading, assuring me that they don’t build dodge and they aren’t “dodge” at all!! If I had a problem with the product, I would need to take it up with them. He refused to stand behind Dodge and the products that they sell. Last weekend was the last straw. Turns out, my electrical issues were related to a recalled alternator. The alternator was replaced which seemed to fix the electrical issues (although the $800 hands free module was fried and they wouldn’t replace this). Sadly, the service team failed to tighten down the radiator hose so 20 minutes down the highway, the radiator hose blew off and I was stranded with an overheated car. I called the sales manager who assured me this is probably not related but “what did I want him to do about it?” All I asked for was a full inspection of my engine with a printed report and an assurance that if I drove off the lot and my engine light came on that they would stand behind the repairs. When I arrived to pick up my car, he had written the following “Customer reports radiator leaking”. There was no acknowledgement of what really happened and no indication that the engine had been checked. I asked him to correct the report and he refused. When I tried writing my comments on the report and asked him to sign, he refused. I did take this to the GSM who was very polite and said all of the right things but assured me he would email me evidence that the ACTUAL reason for my visit was filed. Sadly, that never happened. Just as promised to the Service manager (who didn’t care) and the GSM who didn’t keep his word, two days later, my husband and I drove BOTH of our dodges to the Chevy dealership and now we are proud owners of a brand new Chevy Camero and Chevy Silverado. After this ridiculous display of customer service and the assurance that Dodge dealerships to not support Dodge products, I will NEVER buy another Dodge again. More

The availability was very limited and ultimately decided to purchase the sole unit located on the lot w/out any pressure whatsoever. While it did meet our desires entirely we are very pleased with it and are very satisfied with the closing which went very smoothly. We will definitely consider future purchases with this dealership. Eiris is the service specialist that I deal with most of the time and he is outstanding to work with. I do not know the person who actually wash the car but he did a spectacular job, I can only hope it doesn't rain and ruin it all for me. More
