Donald Latimer Provides Excellent Customer Service! I went into Olathe Dodge to get my car serviced and while I was waiting, I looked at a few vehicles. I met Donnie Latimer and he was very professional I went into Olathe Dodge to get my car serviced and while I was waiting, I looked at a few vehicles. I met Donnie Latimer and he was very professional and friendly to me. He showed interest in me being in the dealership and asked if I had been taken care of. We had idle chit chat and he engaged me in an informative conversation about my automobile needs. He asked great questions and I never felt pressured or like he was trying to sell me something. When I am ready to purchase my next vehicle, I have Donnie's card and I will be using it! I appreciate his laid back demeanor and his sincere authenticity. He made me laugh too! I felt very comfortable in this dealership. I have purchased several cars on my own, as a woman, in the past, I did not have good experiences. I feel that I could buy a car from Donnie and put my trust in him and Olathe that I will be treated fairly and have my automobile needs met.
