Best dealership!! I purchased a 2015 Cherokee last March and within 3 months I experienced a vibration issue. The selling dealership wasn't helpful or willing to help I purchased a 2015 Cherokee last March and within 3 months I experienced a vibration issue. The selling dealership wasn't helpful or willing to help me with the issue. I have always had Olathe DCJ service my cars, so with persuasion from my service rep, I got the service team and sales management involved with the potential resolution. Needless to say they did not disappoint........... After trying everything possible to resolve the issue, Chrysler representatives were called in to help determine the vibration cause. After months of working through more possible answers, it was determined the vibration may never be solved, so Chrysler replaced my 2015 Cherokee with a 2016 Cherokee. Please note: Olathe DCJR had no investment since they weren't the selling dealership. But they took a very frustrated Jeep customer and turned my frustration into celebration. Not only will Olathe DCJR be my service provider..............they will be my dealership from now on. They went above and beyond what others were willing to do................ they are the best dealership!! More

Very good buying experience I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer, and it was a very smooth experience. They did not have the exact vehicle on hand that I wanted to purchase, but were able to trade a vehicle with another dealer to get it that day. Tim was very helpful and honest while we were negotiating the price, and able to get the payments down to a point that my family could afford. The only downside to the whole transaction was the finance department. We sat down to sign the paperwork on the purchase plan that we had talked over with Tim, and the finance person said he may have a better option for us that extended our warranty from 3 to 7 years. Since it seemed that it was only adding $10 a month to our overall bill, it seemed like a fantastic deal. It was not explained that it would also add 6 months of the higher payment to our timeline. While I may have still opted for the additional coverage if it was explained better, it still leaves a bad taste in your mouth, and makes you feel like you were played a little bit. More
