The parts department personnel were awesome helping me select my after-market items and when, after only three weeks, my brand new vehicle was hit and dented by a rock, the body shop receptionist and service personnel offered me the most cost effective repair and fixed the dent, on the spot, in less than 15 minutes, while I waited . After coming to the dealership later that day there were no games played trying to alter the deal offered through the phone aside from a bit more negotiating on the option of buying outright versus financing. Very pleasant experience in deed. Historically my family and I have always relied on Ford trucks with fantastic performance. However, wanting to try something new this time I purchased a Ram Rebel and hopefully Ram will earn my loyalty moving forward through continued good service and vehicle reliability.. More
