Joel Bach was very helpful in getting us the right vehicle. Daniel States was really easy to talk too about the bottom line number and was never over bearing. Tim Barnhill was so helpful in helping us with setting up some of the features in the Jeep. Our overall experience was more than we could have hoped for. Horrible customer service I am in the market to purchase a new Dodge Challenger and the phone calls that I received to contact a person by the name of Jesse was nothing short o I am in the market to purchase a new Dodge Challenger and the phone calls that I received to contact a person by the name of Jesse was nothing short of very rude unprofessional and bottom line flat out asked me why I haven't purchased a car from other dealerships because I explained to her that I've visited other dealerships looking for a challenger. I think one of the worst things you can do in business is be rude to your customers the reason you get a paycheck is because of customers like me to come in and pick out something and purchase. I am shopping for a challenger with the scat pack and a manual transmission and because it became so difficult for this person to understand her primary goal was just wanting me to come visit the dealership after I've already been there twice and they not have what I'm looking for in stock. She's called me and left me to voicemail messages telling me to call her back as if she wanted to help me in my search for my Dodge Challenger and I explained to her I have been to almost every dodge dealer in the metro area and only seen a couple cars that I was interested in her response was well why haven't you purchased one yet from one of them in a very rude manner. I do not tolerate rude behavior from anybody especially when I'm not being rude to you I can definitely say that person will be the reason I will not purchase from them. When I mentioned to her she did not have to be rude she simply hung the telephone up. thanks again Jesse @ Olathe Dodge for wasting my time. More

Wonderful experience! It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and it couldn't have gone smoother!
