After asking several dealership employees, another helpful salesman brought me my keys. It appeared that my salesman was too busy closing another sale to assist me. I might understand someone being too busy, but a follow-up call would've been appropriate. I was supposed to have my first oil change scheduled, explanation of wrangler features, etc. None of that happened On the positive side, the finance manager was very helpful. More
