Slow Response Time Purchased a brand new Chrysler 200S about 3 months ago. Within a couple of weeks I noticed a gash in my leather seats (that didn't come from me), pass Purchased a brand new Chrysler 200S about 3 months ago. Within a couple of weeks I noticed a gash in my leather seats (that didn't come from me), passive entry only working sporadically, and my headliner falling down around my door jams. After wasted days of leaving my vehicle with them at their dealership, un-returned phone calls, an overall lack of communication and piss poor customer service, I'm still waiting for a new headliner to show up from a different dealership. Maybe I can get that within the next 3 months? Any dealership that doesn't prioritize customers that have purchased brand new vehicles off of their floor and brushes them off with "We'll get back to you when the parts come in", or "Sorry its still not here yet" is a dealership I would think twice about patronizing. In the modern world with Fed-Ex, UPS, and other freight carriers any legitimate car dealership would have a part in the door in a matter of days, not weeks or months. Won't be buying another vehicle here! More

I was placed with salesman Ed Quackenbush who is a saint and I just want to say he is the easiest person to deal with as he is very soft spoken and patient and explains everything very clear and complete and answers every possible question or will get you the answer. Eric - the finance man - the person I dislike dealing with the most. Well, Eric was a great guy but his smooth talking did up-sell me on a fantastic Chrysler extended warranty which I found through research the next day I could get much cheaper(same Chrysler warranty) but he also got me a better interest rate than I got on my own. Overall a great buying experience minus Eric - just kidding but how about a nice set of factory floor mats for the up-sell... More
