Once we made our choice of vehicles, the deal was quick and efficient. We feel that we could not have gotten a better deal anywhere in the area. From the Manager Greg to the finance guy Chris everyone we met was very friendly and professional. By the time we had finished the deal, our Jeep was ready to drive off the lot looking like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Our Salesman, Mike Sr. was great! Horrible- stay away from them. If I could give a 0 (zero) star I would. They are super nice to you and talk to you non stop when you are in the process of buying a vehicle. Once you have completed that process, it's all down hill from there. I have never had such poor quality of work and/or customer service in my life. I bought my vehicle new and came back during the warranty time for oil changes/tire rotations/tire checks/alignments/etc. I have never had a company mess something up so many times and not take responsibility for what they have done. I have left numerous times and by the time I got home I was leaking oil because they didn't screw the filter on tight enough, but they always state "I must of done something on the ride home." They refused to put more oil in until I paid for the extra that I have lost. I have got my tires checked for low air multiple times and by the time I got home and get back to my vehicle the next morning my rim was sitting on the ground. After I called back to the service department to explain what was going on since I was just there the day before for the same tire. They told me that I did something while driving and I WOULD have to pay for my SUV to be towed up to the Olathe Dealership and pay to have the tire fixed. I ended up going to "Discount Tire" and they fixed it FOR FREE when it wasn't their fault. Dodge ended up breaking the valve while putting the tire back on the rim, but refused to fix it. I have had scratches and dents in my vehicle after they have worked on it and it's always "you must have done something on the way home." These are just a few examples of how poor of work and customer service The Olathe Dodge is. I would NOT, definitely NOT recommend ANYMORE to buy, sell, or have any work done by you people. Very disappointed in any business that you offer. More

If you're dying to spend hours and hours with other dealerships first, only to get a poorer o Hands down, this is where you buy a Jeep in Kansas City. If you're dying to spend hours and hours with other dealerships first, only to get a poorer offer on your trade AND a lesser discount on the new Jeep, then by all means spend time elsewhere. I made that mistake, visiting two other dealers and getting "serious offers" from them which ended up being over $1300 out of my favor- or worse! I had a deposit down at another place, and Chris called me up from here, convincing me to come by and give them a chance. Boy was that smart- I was done, and with a far better deal, in about an hour. Literally the only other thing this place could do is put a Starbucks in the lobby... But let me tell you, $1300 will buy a lot of xxxx coffee, so forget that and get on down here when you're ready to Jeep it up! More
