Great, easy experience! I have always wanted a Wrangler, but didn't even test drive one because they aren't the most practical vehicles in terms on MPG. However, I decided th I have always wanted a Wrangler, but didn't even test drive one because they aren't the most practical vehicles in terms on MPG. However, I decided that I was ready for a fun vehicle, and put the sense of practicality behind me. Greg and Celia set me up with Ed, who was great to work with. He took the time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle, why I was interested in the Jeep, and even dissuaded me from higher trim levels because he knew that I wouldn't need it (e.g. the Rubicon is really for people that are doing a lot of off-road driving). The only 2 things that take off one star was that the Jeep wasn't ready on the day they said it would be (off one day) and then the car wasn't immaculately detailed (e.g. there are some dirt smudges on the white roof that would have been easy to remove by the detail team. Overall, every one was super friendly and not condescending at all. I've gone to other dealerships and been treated differently because I am a woman by myself, looking for a car. Salespeople have said things like, "Why isn't your husband here?" which is extremely unprofessional and just plain ignorant. Anyway, NO ONE at Olathe DCJ treated me like this at all, and I felt respected and understood throughout the entire process. More

For the o After much deliberation/negotiation with my wife, we finally broke down and decided to get a new minivan. We shopped Honda, Toyota, & Dodge. For the options and $, we decided to take a closer look at Dodge. 'Ranger' Mike was honest, straightforward, respectful and gave my wife the vehicle she wanted for the $ I wanted to spend. A real win-win transaction. I was so impressed, we decided to buy a used car from him also, at the same time. They gave us a very nice offer on our old van, which made the finances work out. They even lowered the interest rate so that I could get full warranties for 100K on my used car and 120K on her new minivan. In the end, if you want a new minivan but don't want to spend the $35K that Honda/Toyota want to charge, call Ranger and see what he can do for you. We ended up with a brand new minivan with 120K warranty, all the options she wanted (electric doors, DVD, Sirius, etc.) AND a 2012 used car (w/<50K miles) off the used lot, for slightly less money than one new retail Toyota/Honda minivan would cost. More

No BS Dealership! I can't say enough good things about my Jeep buying experience at Olathe DCJ this past weekend. As a female, I feel like we get the runaround often i I can't say enough good things about my Jeep buying experience at Olathe DCJ this past weekend. As a female, I feel like we get the runaround often in car sales, like we aren't as intelligent with our car buying skills. I knew what I wanted when I went in, what I wanted to pay for it and didn't want to deal with the BS that you get at other dealerships. Luckily, I didn't have to. Jeff greeted me right away and was one of the most genuine salespersons I've ever met. He was quick and efficient as he knew I had other places I wanted to be. Daniel was straightforward with his offer and I didn't feel like there was an haggling, hidden agendas, inconspicuous fees/discounts, etc. We were able to come to an agreement and I walked away a happy new Jeep driver. Eric in Finance also was able to get me in, paperwork signed and out timely, which I appreciated. I'd recommend this dealership to any of my friends. More
