I had a very pleasant experience in dealing initially with my sales associate Laura Morgison who was very thorough and knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in. The new car sales manager was Daniel States who had sold me my previous vehicle and was promoted to manager. This shows the stability of the dealership. He was great to deal with and very accommodating. Finally Chris the finance manager was also pleasant to deal with and worked to get me ideal financing. Helped with an issue We bought a vehicle less than 3 weeks ago. We went to start it the other day and it wouldn't start. We tried jumping the vehicle to get it to start and had no luck. At that point we weren't sure what was wrong, but thought it might the the alternator. After communicating with us they got a tow truck to bring the vehicle to their shop. They checked the vehicle out and ended up replacing the battery, which apparently had a bad cell. Thank you for helping us out when we really needed it. More
