Todd Uher and Joe Vanhoutan are WONDERFUL!!! My husband and I are expecting a new little one and needed to purchase our first SUV. We went to two dealerships to search for what we needed. We found a Dodge Journey that we really liked and could afford using our per-approval through our bank. Though the salesman we were working with was helpful, his manager was very over-whelming and really tired to push us to finance through their dealership (even though we made it clear this was not necessary or our intention). We ended up leaving the dealership knowing what we wanted, but also knowing we would have to find it elsewhere. My husband called around and we ended up going to see Todd Uher at Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. We didn't get to the dealership until 7pm and they were to close at 8pm. We ended up making a deal, but were at the dealership until 8:45 with our two little ones (who were quite squirmy the whole time). However, Todd was never anything but kind and patient with us and our children. He engaged in conversations with us and never once made us feel pressured to make any decisions other than the ones we came planning to make. He also talked with our son and tried to help keep him in good spirits by connecting with him on a topic of interest they both share, karate. I cannot express just how nice it was to be in Todd's presence, he is a kind and genuine person who made buying my first car from a dealership an experience that is rarely heard of. There was no hype, just good down to earth Todd and a great new SUV to drive home in! Todd's manager Joe Vanhoutan was great to work with as well, he was very polite and listened to what my husband had to say. Theo was a huge help in helping me find the v I was looking for a new vehicle and I got in contact with Theo Shaw at the Olathe Dodge Jeep Dealership. Theo was a huge help in helping me find the vehicle that I wanted within my budget and getting it sent in from another location. He took the time to walk us through everything and this being my first new car took the time to explain everything and all the options available. I did not feel like i was being forced to buy something or that they just wanted to make a sale. I felt like my needs were trying to be met.
