When I called Theo Shaw to hold the truck for us he was very helpful and held the car til we could drive up to get the truck. We were impressed with Theo's professionalism and pleasant attitude. He explained everything that he was doing and how long everything would take while he was shuttling us around from building to building. Since we were from out of state we weren't familiar with the town and another salesman was soooo kind to help us to find a way to leave town without driving back through Kansas City. That meant so very much to us!! I really want to thank Theo and John Bock and the other salesman that (I didn't get his name) helped us get out of town!!
