Pushy and Aggressive Their sales people have pushy and aggressive sales tactics. I do not normally write reviews but this one was necessary. My day at Olathe Dodge was mis Their sales people have pushy and aggressive sales tactics. I do not normally write reviews but this one was necessary. My day at Olathe Dodge was miserable. Their pushy and aggressive month end sales tactics are unbearable. Liz was friendly but not thorough at all, she wanted to make her last sale for the month so she got her bonus.. Well congrats you got it unfortunately. The finance guy named Matt was very rude, unfriendly, arrogant, and short with us. He uses his dry "sense of humor" as an excuse to be rude and say whatever he wants without people being offended. In the end, I ended up with a less than ideal vehicle, more basic and more expensive than the one I had traded in, and with none of the extras I told them were necessary in my trade-in. They definitely got the good end of our deal. I would never go back and I think they know it too. More
