Never shown any signs of being agitated with all the vehicles we kept looking at and all the questions that we had. Overall great experience with Liz! Bill in finance worked wonders for us. Detailing could of done a better job, it was a brand new car not much dirt but could of been cleaned a little better but over all good experience & would recommend to buy from them! More

Very Happy Customer I had been looking at used Jeep Wrangles the Sahara model. After shopping several dealerships in the Metro, I sent an e-mail to the Olathe dealership I had been looking at used Jeep Wrangles the Sahara model. After shopping several dealerships in the Metro, I sent an e-mail to the Olathe dealership. Keep in mind I live a mile from a Jeep dealership off of Metcalf. Through working with Mike Moutray, Sr. I now own a brand new 2015 Jeep. Mike was very patient with me and worked very hard to ensure I had everything I wanted on the vehicle. He turned the girl looking for used only into the girl driving a 2015. The other dealership I visited were not nearly as helpful, they made no effort to answer in my questions and in most cases could not even tell me how to use some of the features during the test drive. Mike found me the perfect Jeep in Branson, MO and had it brought to Olathe. The night I went to test drive it and ensure it was the vehicle for me Mike took a lot of time to show me all the in's and out's of the vehicle and ensure I was comfortable with how everything worked. He even helped me to get my phone synced to the Bluetooth. If you are looking for true customer service and a place where they care about you and your experience I would recommend you look no further than Olathe and ask for Mike. More
