Do you really think us talking about it is gonna change anything? You charge me 5 hrs of labor @$200 an hour, but you do it in 2 hrs? Are you gonna refund me $600? I have to call Kassidy [@ 1130) to see if my truck is done. She says "I finally got the paperwork, its done) Thats 3 hrs at the most, So really it took 2.5 hrs. You charged me 5...almost $1000 when it should have been $400-450. Sure, we can talk, ask Kevin Lawyer to join, he was a friend of my uncle's, who helped make Olathe Dodge what it is today
