The place appeared to over book customers coming for appointments. It took 2.5 hrs to get a by appointment scheduled oil change and tire rotation. That’s too long. Brought my truck in for overheating and a few other items. I just bought it and told them an inspection. Came back with a lot but went through the list with me. Decided to hit the high points due to th items. I just bought it and told them an inspection. Came back with a lot but went through the list with me. Decided to hit the high points due to the cost being a lot more than planned. (Fan, fan clutch, coolant flush, ignition and fuel pump - 3600) Got it done in a day. Picked it up. Drove it home and the truck almost overheated.. brought it back the next day to get it checked out because I thought I paid for it to be fixed. They get it in. Get called a work that my electrical fan isn’t working and needs replaced. Told 1100. Not happy but agreed to get it done because I need the truck and want it fixed. Wondered how such an in-depth inspection missed a major component not working and plus the having to remove parts they had off the day before to then do it again to replace a fan and then charge full price on it. But then go to pay and hit for over 1300 plus their 3 percent. Then told well the price I told you didn’t have taxes or other fees involved. Man they act like they everyone spends 5 grand to get a vehicle fixed like it’s ordering a value meal. Then shocked when someone knows and asks questions on it. Likes mike. Not a fan of Shawn at all.
