I’ve been taking my 2020 jeep wrangler to this dealership since we moved to the Olathe area 3 years ago. They have always been great to do business with and this last visit was definitely no exception. Joshu since we moved to the Olathe area 3 years ago. They have always been great to do business with and this last visit was definitely no exception. Joshua was absolutely brilliant, explaining all the systems under the hood on my jeep, giving me an idea of what possibly could be giving me the issue I was having. Chipped wheel. Brought in for repair left with color mismatched flat finish. This was done by an outside vendor. Even though I was not happy with the outcome, Tony Brought in for repair left with color mismatched flat finish. This was done by an outside vendor. Even though I was not happy with the outcome, Tony the service manager did return my call and offered to make things right. This has not been the norm especially post covid what seems like everywhere. I see it daily in my job. Tony did go above and beyond to remedy the issue. My daughter is needing a new car and I feel confident that ODCJ will take care of her. More
