Very poor communication skills. Told me pickup was ready to pick up at 4:00 pm, was there at 4:30 and was told it was not done and won’t be ready till tomorrow. The service staff and everyone I spoke with were super friendly ! I walked around and in every department I walked through , someone said hello and ask how I was doing.
