Went for oil change and tire rotation because I purchased a package. Second to last time I went, I was charged for the tire rotation. Last time I went in, they didn’t even rotate my tires. Called same day to a package. Second to last time I went, I was charged for the tire rotation. Last time I went in, they didn’t even rotate my tires. Called same day to see if we could come back to get tires rotated and no one would answer our calls or texts. Decided to drive back same day anyway, told they were too busy to do the tire rotation—still marked the last tire rotation/oil change as “used” on my package though. We have purchased several brand new vehicles from this location and they continue to underperform and fail us on servicing all our vehicles every time we give them a chance. Never returning for service—truly a disappointment. More

This is the worst dealership I have ever done business with. I feel bad for Shawn, as he did his best, but the dealership is so incompetent that nothing gets done properly. I have NEVER received a call when my truck is done, or even a call to approve the work that needs to be done - my truck just ends up sitting there until I show up and tell someone to get it done. When I picked my truck up from there most recently, there was oil stains all over the center console from the mechanic that did the “multi-point inspection” where they didn’t actually inspect anything. I also asked about the radio that was supposedly ordered on warranty over 6 months ago, and got absolutely no response. Absolute joke of a business. It’s a shame that Clayton left, as he was the only helpful one there. More

Organization skills are horrible. I asked for a simple repair since May. Olathe Dodge said my 2022 limited doesn’t have that feature. They are completely wrong. Jackson was great, he and the service team identified and took care of my issue and kept me informed along the way. The only complaint I have is when checking out this dealership charges an extra 3% transac took care of my issue and kept me informed along the way. Brought car in for 8am appt.
