Terrible experience with oil change and recall. Recall took several days to complete. Lack of communication from Shawn during the first day as to what was going on. The place appeared to over book customers coming for appointments. It took 2.5 hrs to get a by appointment scheduled oil change and tire rotation. That’s too long.
