Terrible service. Non responsive, no updates what so ever. Expressed my disappointment and very little concern for correcting the issues. Non responsive, no updates what so ever. Expressed my disappointment and very little concern for correcting the issues. More

Initially, Shawn King quoted me a reasonable price of $522 for the manifold replacement under warranty. However, my dealership visit took an unexpected turn. Prior to arriving, I had opted against having my brakes replaced. Unfortunately, things changed upon talking to Shawn at the dealership. He informed me that the total cost would now exceed $2100 for brake replacement. I was taken aback by this drastic increase from the initial quote. When I questioned this disparity, Shawn attributed it to my status as a non-loyal Mopar customer, leading to the denial of my warranty. Needless to say, this unforeseen situation left me quite disappointed. More
