Toll two vehicles in for oil change one was done correctly the other was half done. Left oil plug loose and lost all oil had to have the vehicle towed for them to add oil and do what was right. Left my van overnight and 1 issue was Air Conditioner not working. Picked it up and on way home found out it still was not working and checked paperwork and found they didn't look at it. Picked it up on Satu working. Picked it up and on way home found out it still was not working and checked paperwork and found they didn't look at it. Picked it up on Saturday and they called that day and couldn't get back in until next Thursday at 11:30 AM. Took it back waited and they said was low on Freon and refilled and put a dye in it. I said time before you serviced that it was low you put a dye in it for leaks so otherwise you didn't fix the problem, they wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee of $98.00+ for a warranty problem and didn't fix it. Was told maybe leaking at the evaporator which they couldn't see. Guess time to file a complaint with BBB and take it to a dealer interested in fixing it. More
