The most difficult problem with working with this dealership is that they appear to have no phone contact with the customer. I had called twice (and twice replied electronically) to question the repairs on my car. Three days later I hear back. It simply lacks that personal touch that is important. I am pleased with the work done on my vehicle, and they kept me under budget. They also fixed a problem that Reed couldn't find and didn't know what to do. For the time being, I have found a service department that I can TRUST and take care of and repair my Jeep. More
