Took 2 hours for them to even pull my car in. That's after I had to go and ask them. Guy couldn't find my car or name in the system to be checked in. No one said a word to me the whole time. The only time anyone said anything to me was when it was done. The cashier said not one word to me. No thank you, nothing. Horrible experience, why would I ever want to purchase another car from this dealership. I don't remember the management being this bad in the past. The lady in charge has no customer service skills. I got treated the same as if I was at McDonald's. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. More
