Before writing this review, I tried to give the Service Manager, Jacob Todd an opportunity to correct the issue. I called twice and left a voicemail for him each time, but he never bothered to call back. Manager, Jacob Todd an opportunity to correct the issue. I called twice and left a voicemail for him each time, but he never bothered to call back. I called the main # to make sure he was in on the days I was calling and each time I was told he was. So beware, when he responds to these reviews and says to contact him, it's obviously just for show. He couldn't care less. My car was at Olathe Dodge 3 times in less than a month. It initially went in for an oil change and recall. It took 4 hours for the oil change and recall. I waited for the service and it was like they completely forgot about me. Even though they told me an appointment wasn't necessary and that it would only take a couple of hours. I also asked if they could check my tires because they were making a weird noise. I was told my tires were "fine." The next day, I was driving and seeing people point at my tires to alert me that something was wrong. I pulled over and wires were literally hanging out of my tires!!! This is after they told me my tires were fine and tried to sell me brakes and rotors to correct the noise. I then had to go back for warranty work. They had my car almost a week and never called or updated me on status. Each time I called, they told me they would have my service advisor give me a call, but he never did. Finally, I left a message advising I needed my vehicle back and was contacted only to be told they have to order the parts and it would take 3-5 days to receive and they would call me once they came in. 2 weeks passed and no one called me! I called for status and was told the parts would be in the following week. I called my warranty company to ask if I could take my vehicle somewhere else due to the delays and service issues. My warranty company told me they hadn't even contacted them for approval! My car had another issue while "waiting for the parts" and this shop was the closest to the breakdown location, so unfortunately it had to be towed here again. I told them I had severe concerns due to all the issues I had previously. My service advisor assured me those things wouldn't happen again and he would be the point of contact. He lied. My car sat for almost a week with no follow up unless I called. Finally, I told him I was coming to get my car and he claimed it was being looked at "right now." I told him I was coming to get it because it had been there for a week and if they were backed up or put warranty work to the back burner, he should have been honest and I could have taken it to another shop. There are tons of other Chrysler Dealers in the area. I would not waste time or money at this one, even if it's the closest one to you. They can't claim they are short staffed because there are always tons of guys just hanging out, talking and joking around. They do not care about service. While I was waiting for my vehicle, another gentleman who was waiting for his car said they couldn't figure out what was wrong with his truck after having it for over a week. He said he always believed in taking his car to the dealer for service, but is baffled they couldn't diagnose a vehicle they manufacture. This place is a joke. If you want to waste time and money, go here. If you don't, I suggest you find another location. I would never purchase another Chrysler product! More

Prompt, courteous service. Arrived late on a Friday. Was told vehicle would be checked out on Saturday. Has been a terrible experience every step of the way since we bought the car. We feel like we have been lied to about the warranty in what it covers, which apparently is nothing, and there is not one to since we bought the car. As it turns out, at least the latter will also be my last. Specifically made a service appointment in advance, which had to be several days out. I was fine with that. However, upon arrival, I had to wait nearly 20 minutes just to get checked in. So did the person who was picking me up, i.e. two people's time wasted. Two "service advisors" were sitting fat and happy in their chairs doing absolutely nothing, and instead of helping me, when I approached them, they told me I had to wait for the one guy who was actually doing something and who was busy. BTW, when I came back to pick up my vehicle at the end of the day, those same two people were still sitting in the same chairs, still doing nothing but staring out at the horizon. Maybe they were glued to the seats?? What an absolute mockery of service! No wonder a simple oil change cost nearly $100, which is double what I used to pay for my last vehicle (I miss my Chevy!). Someone has to pay for those people sitting around all day long, but it's not going to be me. I also wanted to have an annoying rattle in the car diagnosed but was told it might not happen since you were "down a couple of technicians". The one working advisor said he would call me with an update and/ or when the vehicle was ready. Nobody ever called. I finally called you about 5 pm to see if I might get my vehicle back before you close at 6? Predictably, they were unable to confirm anything about the rattle, but said if I left the vehicle another day, perhaps someone could look at it. I asked whether at least the oil change had been done? Advisor stuttered around, said he wasn't sure but thought so. I obviously opted to come pick my vehicle up that evening. I noticed in the cashier's lounge there were a bunch of ticked off customers, at least one got in an argument with an advisor, and it sounded like his experience pretty much mirrored mine. And the kicker is, instead of a good service experience, I am now being flooded with spam e-mails from you guys and carfax! Nice going, adding insult to injury! Again, that's why I am demanding you take me off all your lists and not sell my contact info to anyone! I won't be back, and rest assured, I will share my ODCJR experience with the world. More
