He was polite, courteous and set me up with an appointment within a couple of days. He offered the use of a rental car (which I told him was unnecessary) and was accommodating in setting up a time that would work for me. On the day of the service appointment, I dropped off the car and went about my business for about 45 minutes. Once they were finished I received a phone call saying the vehicle was ready and I went to pick it up. More

Inasmuch as Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep professes to be “#1 in customer satisfaction” or “top ranked by buyers” or whatever else, this now-former customer was decidedly dissatisfied with just about everyth “#1 in customer satisfaction” or “top ranked by buyers” or whatever else, this now-former customer was decidedly dissatisfied with just about everything that happened with respect to my interactions with the service staff on 01/20/2020 and 01/21/2020. I bought my 2016 Chrysler 200 from Frank (who is beyond awesome!) in the fall of 2016. Aside from a few service visits elsewhere, I have used this dealership for nearly all of my service needs. I bought a service package upon purchasing my car, and it is this dealership that got the initial income from that purchase and that continues to get the credit for service each time I bring it in. That stopped as of 01/21/2020.. I do not have time to detail the many unsavory, argumentative, belittling and sexist comments and tones that I received from the staff. And I could not have imagined that calling the service manager Mike would be a terrible idea — but in fact my two conversations with him on 01/21/2020 only served to strengthen my resolve to stop patronizing this dealership. I do not have time to type a painstaking play-by-play of all the condescending nonsense that has gone down. Bottom line: Do not patronize this place. More

Horrible customer service. Has cost me thousands of dollars of repairs after the services were completed. The service manager refuses to admit any fault regardless of the evidence. Rocky was AWESOME!!! As always got me in and out and wasn’t late for a Drs appointment. I had a tire issue and thought it was just losing air since the temperature dropped however went the extra time an wasn’t late for a Drs appointment.
