Bought a new 2022 Chrysler Pacifica in November 2022. In 5 months my vehicle has been in the shop 7 different times. I have lost over 60 hours of usage of my van. I use my van in my Car Service business. In 5 months my vehicle has been in the shop 7 different times. I have lost over 60 hours of usage of my van. I use my van in my Car Service business. 1. No communication from the Service Department. 2. Scheduled Appointments do not mean xxxx to this dealership. 3. The last 3 visits in the past 7 days lost me 24 hours of work and they never fixed the problem. But yet they had the vehicle over 8 hours on 3 separate days. When I went to pick it up, they had 2 Service Techs who had no answers and thn left me standing there. The service manager on duty was no help. The Head Service Manager does not answer his phone nor calls back. In other words they basically had no solutions to fix my vehicle and basically I just bought a $55,000 lemon of a vehicle. Does Chrysler give a xxxx.....NO! Never again will I buy a Chrysler. More
