WORST DEALERSHIP IN KC AREA!! We bought a Dodge Ram truck from this dealership in 2013. Currently, it only has 23K miles and has been kept in PRISTINE condition. My husband literal We bought a Dodge Ram truck from this dealership in 2013. Currently, it only has 23K miles and has been kept in PRISTINE condition. My husband literally babied this truck! A few weeks ago they pushed an update, which caused all of the electronics to quit working, as well as the ventilation control. He took it in to have it fixed, stating that he wanted both fixed. When he picked it up, they had only fixed the electronics and NOT the ventilation issue. Also, when he picked it up, they had left trash inside the vehicle (some wadded up paper and a paper cup half-full of soda), which he had to discard. Upon returning, he was told that the ventilation issue wasn't caused to the electronics going out, WHICH ISN'T THAT ODD, since how it was working absolutely fine until the electronics went out!! So they would not cover the price to fix the ventilation. He reluctantly went ahead and had them fix that, paying them $2300 to do so. They had it for a week. He gets it back, only to discover that now the passenger-side door has started making this very loud, disturbing popping sound. Upon looking more closely at it, he discovers that the door panel is now rubbing and buckling against the front passenger-side quarter panel, and has literally caused the metal to dent and the paint to crack! Of course, when he took it back in, they denied any wrong-doing and won't fix it. They also scuffed up the inside door panel. My husband took it to another local body shop, who said it looked like the door had been sprung back. They asked what happened, and my husband told them, and they said that yes, most likely they definitely had done the damage trying to fix the ventilation. When he told them that it was Olathe Dodge, they all laughed and said that they are KNOWN for this crap, and that they are known to be the WORST dealership service department around! THEY ARE CROOKS!!! They know they did this damage, and they won't own up to it. ABSOLUTE CIRCUS CLOWN DEALERSHIP!!! More
