The techs FIRST checked the emissions code indicated and with all ok ONLY THEN proceeded to check and update the software per a service bulletin. I commend them for proceeding with the engine test to be completely ok with my car status before doing the update. More

I was rushing to check out, because they left my vehicle outside with the windows down while it was raining, and cannot tell by the receipt if they even checked the service bulletin. I am disappointed and now have to call to see if requested service was fully completed. More
