Service Department Buying a new car is relatively the same regardless of where you go. It is the Service after the sale that matters. Servicing a vehicle is always a hassle and something that none of us ever want to mess with - but this Service dept is not run well. No offense to the people that work there - they all are nice and are well trained at handling irate customers. I had to return multiple times before they eventually repaired my initial problem. One of the problems is a dash switch that never worked on this vehicle. After 3 visits, it still doesn't work. They don't even double check the work after they are complete. They are really bad. Just bad, bad, bad. Nice guys though. I am actually sorry to write this bad review - they are really nice guys. More

Took way too long While I have had good dealings with the service department in the past, this time was not so good. I came in for a new tire install and alignment. I While I have had good dealings with the service department in the past, this time was not so good. I came in for a new tire install and alignment. I was told it would take 2 hours. No problem I was gonna wait. Of course they came and said there were other problems. I declined to have those fixed at that time. Just wanted done what I came in for. I feel like since I declined the extra $1700 they wanted to do they were in no hurry to get my vehicle done. Remember it was just 4 tires mounted and balanced and an alignment. After excuses as to why it was taking so long 5 hours later it was finally done. Because of this I missed a whole day of work. Just was not a very good experience this time around. More

In addition to requested maintenance I also receive a complete assessment of my vehicle. The service reps do not push additional maintenance and recognize that I am able to interpret the information provided to make a decision on when to perform any additional issues. Because I bought my vehicles at this dealership I also get the deductible waived for service done at ODCJ that falls under my maintenance agreement. More
