In for first service under my ownership lol I asked 4 times if he found anything wrong and was told 4 times that besides the recalls I was good to go. Mixed feelings First let me start by saying we bought 2 cars from them together spent over 150k with them and I received a free oil change coupon in the mail and cal First let me start by saying we bought 2 cars from them together spent over 150k with them and I received a free oil change coupon in the mail and called to schedule an appointment, they told me I didn't need an appointment so I proceeded to tell them I had the coupon and they told me that as long as I bought my car from them and hadn't had the oil changed there before that I didn't need it. So I take my 50k dollar challenger up there and they tell me because I bought it used that I had to pay 80 dollars for the oil change or buy the package of 3 which I did but why wouldn't you tell me on the phone that if it's a used car they wouldn't honor the coupon......it was really frustrating.
