Given the run around on squeaky brakes since day one After I bought our brand new Wrangler in 2015 the brakes squeaked. I immediately went back and service claimed it was because it rained that morning. After I bought our brand new Wrangler in 2015 the brakes squeaked. I immediately went back and service claimed it was because it rained that morning. I went back over and over again as my Wrangler’s brakes squeak as back as a garbage truck. Finally years ago, one technician told me the reason was because that’s what some Chrysler brakes sometimes do. I appreciated his honesty. At this last visit, I knew it was about time to purchase new brakes. I asked if there was some sort of a guarantee that if the brakes that were installed happen to be one of the Chrysler brakes that squeak...could they take them off to find others that wouldn’t. The gentleman helping me said no, some people brake so hard that any car they drive will give them squeaky brakes. I assured that every previous car that I’ve owned has never done this. Not my Odyssey, Grand Prix, Tahoe, F150, Saturn, and not even the Taurus. They are very friendly, but I’ve been given the run around with every excuse for years and not anyone willing to fix the problem. More

Poor customer service I called to inquire about my first oil change. Was advised I didn’t need an appointment but to come in and use the Mopar express lane. I asked how lon I called to inquire about my first oil change. Was advised I didn’t need an appointment but to come in and use the Mopar express lane. I asked how long the express lane would take and was advised maximum of 45 minutes for a simple oil change. When arriving yesterday- I waited 80 minutes for an oil change. When getting back into my Jeep- the radio station had been changed- volume turned all the way up. And the AC also turned all the way up. More

Service Manager I brought my van in to have repaired and was very upset on how long it was taking. A. man asked me how I was doing and I told him not well and I didn’t plan on ever coming back to Olathe Dodge again. I saw him go to the service area and within a few minutes Mike the service manager came out to talk to me. Mike showed me kindness and great customer service skills and won me back as a customer. Excellent service from start to finish I've called quite a few different service departments over the years and it's always challenging to get a live person to assist you on the phone as th I've called quite a few different service departments over the years and it's always challenging to get a live person to assist you on the phone as they're always busy helping customers in the shop, but not at Olathe DCJR. I had someone in the shop on the phone with me within 30seconds of calling and had instructions for what do to when my service light came on. When I got to the shop I was immediately greeted and assisted. I had constant communication throughout the diagnostic process and when it came time to make a repair, I was informed about my options and pricing and given a reasonable estimate of the time needed to get my vehicle back in good shape. I was extremely pleased with the level of service and respect I received at this location. I plan to continue to do all routine maintenance there in the future! More

Jake is the man in service! I brought my vehicle in for a diagnosis on a engine noise. His team did a great job finding the problem in the shortest amount of time.
