dishonest recommendation I came in to diagnose noise from my steering wheel when driving at low speeds. Jerry, the service agent, at first said it would cost $2300 to replace I came in to diagnose noise from my steering wheel when driving at low speeds. Jerry, the service agent, at first said it would cost $2300 to replace the steering column. When I inquired further about other options, he said that they could grease the rubber boot making the noise, which would last less than a year. When I inquired about whether I could reach the spot and apply the grease myself, he admitted yes, I could just grease it at the bottom of the steering column where it enters the floor. All told, I spent $150 to learn how to do a grease job that costs about $5, but at least I avoided the $2300 that Jerry was ready to sell to me. The mechanic told me the grease job should last 2-3 years. I do not plan to return to this place. More

On time, no problems. I made an appointment for 8 a.m. to have some warranty service done. I turned over the keys and was sipping coffee by 8:10.
