Very Disappointed 1-they tried to charge me for their mistake 2-didn’t give me an oil change when I requested it. I bought my Jeep off the lot & have gotten all my ser 1-they tried to charge me for their mistake 2-didn’t give me an oil change when I requested it. I bought my Jeep off the lot & have gotten all my services done here. I’ve never been treated so badly in my life! They tried to take advantage of me thinking I was just a “dumb girl” & charge me for their mistake! I don’t even trust going there anymore, not even for oil changes. I should’ve bought the Subaru instead of my Jeep. More

Scummy Wasn’t called before my car was worked on. Was later told that he knew the software update was more than 90 percent chance the service wouldn’t fix th Wasn’t called before my car was worked on. Was later told that he knew the software update was more than 90 percent chance the service wouldn’t fix the problem. Also called after said service to tel me that my engine light was still on and the problem wasn’t fixed and that I would need nearly a $500 repair. I declined said repair. Later that day I came to the dealership to pick my car up and service man let slip that my engine light is actually off and problem might be fixed. meaning he lied that the software update didn’t work and was trying to up-charge my on an expensive repair I didn’t need. More

Coolant leak / Radiator replaced Was able to get vehicle right in with a coolant leak. Kept vehicle overnight and replaced radiator. Husband noticed after getting it home that the se Was able to get vehicle right in with a coolant leak. Kept vehicle overnight and replaced radiator. Husband noticed after getting it home that the service tech had failed to put the clamp back onto the hose going to the overflow tank (husband fixed it). When we picked up the vehicle, didn't feel real comfortable that the tech parked the vehicle, got out, handed me the key fob, said that he left it running with the air on, then walked away without even confirming that I was the owner of the vehicle. (Not sure of tech's name) More

Bait and switch Received a coupon in the mail from this dealership for a $19.95 oil change. Bring in coupon and am immediately told they will not honor coupon becaus Received a coupon in the mail from this dealership for a $19.95 oil change. Bring in coupon and am immediately told they will not honor coupon because they only use synthetic oil. Why not charge the difference in price of conventional vs synthetic oil? Nope, they just will not honor a coupon THEY mailed to me. Oil change cost $60, three times the price on the coupon that brought me into the dealership. Explained how misleading this is to 3 service men and no one was concerned about it. Instead of honoring the advertisement that was mailed to me, they lost a loyal customer. More
