Used cars Bought my 2012 ram had it 28 days went in to shop put less than 900 miles on it and the hole top of motor needed rebuilt extended coverage and paid f Bought my 2012 ram had it 28 days went in to shop put less than 900 miles on it and the hole top of motor needed rebuilt extended coverage and paid for 7 days of rentol trying to make me pay for the rest of time i had loaner truck and decuctable something they should have cought before they sold the truck to anyone thay have had my truck more than 30 daus waiting on parts to show up because it was all on back order after all the head acks and everything of me calling and calling and calling they are making it right when it should have been done in the first place instead of the headacks it caused changing it to good for making it right even thoe it was a headache More

Recall service I brought my vehicle in to get the recalls fixed and for my van sliding door they said they could not fix my door because it only did the malfunction I brought my vehicle in to get the recalls fixed and for my van sliding door they said they could not fix my door because it only did the malfunction once when I drove off and got home the van door malfunctioned again so I recorded and brought my van back for them to tell me they have received multiple complaints and emails about this all they had to do was reprogram the doors. Why didn’t they do that in the first place ??? Also when I picked my van up the first time the had left grease feet print on my floor board so I had asked them to get it out Took multiple times for them to get it out. They sure know how to draw out a simple service recall for 5 days More

Oil change and air bag recall $92 for a Jeep oil change and tire rotation seems crazy expensive. I haven't seen the receipt. Hopefully there was more to it than that?
