Recommend With Caution Recently I’ve had very good experiences at the dealership. But I have to admit I’ve had some not so good experiences previously. I’ve used the service department several times lately. Eiris is the person who has helped each time. Hes my go to guy. He’s been great! Hes very conscientious, always attentive, and so patient. Because I’ve had numerous problems I get anxious and ask a lot of questions but Eiris has always explained everything very clearly and will repeat if I need it. I find him to be very honest. That’s important to me! He’s been a pleasure to work with even when I show up without an apppintment. He makes sure I’m taken care of. I’d recommend him! More

Amazing customer service I needed tires. Service advisor could see that I had been through a lot already that day. (I started my day with a migraine and MaNY difficult factors I needed tires. Service advisor could see that I had been through a lot already that day. (I started my day with a migraine and MaNY difficult factors as well. ) He gave me a hug right away. Then set to work finding the solution to my tire needs to the best of his abilities. He went to extra length to find the best tires he could find for the best price. He even called their inventory guy to see if the tires he wanted to use were physically there. When we figured out all the details and the next steps before I left he gave me another hug. My friends later tried to research better tires to cut cost if possible, but could not find anything of good quality at a better price. When I returned to pick up car the new tires ,he gave me another hug and wished me luck/blessings. More

Go to a different dealership for repairs. My vehicle was in for three issues and none of them were either diagnosed or repaired. They had my vehicle for almost 4 weeks. Two issues they could My vehicle was in for three issues and none of them were either diagnosed or repaired. They had my vehicle for almost 4 weeks. Two issues they could not diagnose the cause, and the third they could not get the warranty company to approve the $4000 repair, and I was stuck with 2 days of the rental bill. I was not kept up-to-date on what was going on and had to stop by or call on four separate occasions to find out the status of my vehicle. The last time the vehicle was in the shop it was not repaired the first time and I had to take it back the next day after getting it back when the same exact issue reoccurred. Over the years, I have had a lot of issues with the repairs from this dealership. They are nice enough people, but I have had too many repairs that were just not done right the first time. It may be time to start going to a different dealership for repairs. More
