Overpriced and deceptive Brought our 2016 Jeep Cherokee in for regular maintenance. Battery checked out fine. Three weeks later, battery is dead. Olathe Jeep charged us a $125 Brought our 2016 Jeep Cherokee in for regular maintenance. Battery checked out fine. Three weeks later, battery is dead. Olathe Jeep charged us a $125 “diagnostic fee”. Ended up spending $377 for a new battery. Could have bought the same one elsewhere with no installation fees for $212. Paid an additional $150 for faulty diagnostics. More

Don't expect Olathe Dodge to support you in the long run. I had a ten year service history with this dealership specifically because I bought a car with a lifetime warranty and I wanted a personal relationshi I had a ten year service history with this dealership specifically because I bought a car with a lifetime warranty and I wanted a personal relationship with the service department in case I needed help getting Chrysler to back their warranty. It turned out that I had it backwards because Chrysler was more than helpful in supporting their warranty, but Olathe Dodge was the company that was refusing to admit to a mistake that they made. After weeks of attempting to get the service manager to send a letter to Chrysler explaining the situation, Chrysler finally decided that the dealership was not going to admit to the mix-up and they went ahead and reinstated the warranty without the letter. It is almost eerie how over-eager they seem to be in the customer service department, knowing now how quickly they will throw their loyal customers under the bus when the chance comes up. More

While there, the service advisor noted that it was time to check several other things I took my Jeep in for a recall and also a small software issue. While there, the service advisor noted that it was time to check several other things. They completed those services at a minimal cost along with the original issues--all in less time than predicted.
