Always right - right on time!! I mistakenly thought that anyone who was traveling over the recent holiday weekend would have already gotten their car serviced before Friday. When I pulled up to the express lane in the afternoon, I realized how wrong I was! Aside from all the things that I appreciate about the quality of the work and the reliability I can always expect from the group at Olathe Dodge, it's the level of service - regardless of the time of day, the workload, or the weather - that you just don't get ANYWHERE else. You would never have known by the interaction that it was clearly going to be a long day at the service center for Michael, Jessi, Jacob and the crew in the back. They were friendly, helpful, engaging, patient and did everything to set expectations. And, it's that way EVERY time I visit. You can't go wrong - it's always done right and always right on time! Terrible Service Department I had the worst experience ever. Please BEWARE of Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM dealership service department. My Chrysler broke down and I thought I I had the worst experience ever. Please BEWARE of Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM dealership service department. My Chrysler broke down and I thought I would take it to a shop I assumed could do the repair correctly and quickly. It took a few days for the FIRST repair, but sadly the next day my car broke down with the same issue. The SECOND time it took a week, AGAIN the car broke down the next day with the very same issue. The THIRD time it was in their shop for over a week. My opinion they just tossed parts at the vehicle hoping it would fix the issue. I was charged large amounts of money for each and every time the vehicle went back into their shop. During the second and third time it was in the shop I had to call several times to inquire on the progress. I would even leave message and not receive a call back. When I picked up my call for the THIRD time I asked the manager to at least compensated me for labor I paid on the two times it was NOT fixed correctly, The manager would only discount $250.00 which was a very small part of the labor on ONLY one of the bills!!! NOT a fair price after they failed to fix the car correctly the first and second time. But a THIRD in my opinion is ridiculous!!!! More

Service was excellent and greeted by an energetic and caring staff member named Michael Croft. Was pleased with his positive attitude and understanding for time and efficiency. Made the comment, "I promise your Jeep is in good hands with me." Very reassuring. Also crossed paths with Jessi Elliott while I waited. Very polite in giving updates while I waited. During my stroll around the lot (I don't like to sit in waiting rooms), Haylee (sales) approached me regarding the new vehicles on the lot. Was very energetic and able to answer my questions regarding a possible upgrade/purchase. Provided me with her information in the event I had any more questions. When my vehicle was complete, Michael informed me of what service was performed and what to expect on my next visit. Overall, great team! More
