Outstanding Service On my last two trips to Olathe Dodge, Michael Croft has been the service advisor that I have interacted with the most. I have found that his experience has provided me with the best options for my Chrysler 300. My first trip, when i asked, he explained me to the benefits of switching to synthetic oil and on my current trip he placed me in the best set if tires for the way I drive. Since purchasing my Jeep, they have been hands on with helping me hav My experience with Olathe Jeep & Dodge over the last 5 years has been fantastic! Since purchasing my Jeep, they have been hands on with helping me have the best experience and taking care of any needs. The Service team is by far the best in the KS area and will do anything to make sure their customers are satisfied. For example, my Jeep had an issue with the battery and burnt through 6 different batteries trying to solve the problem. Michael Moutray Jr. and his team covered the cost of those batteries and got my Jeep back to performing top notch. The team also uses the latest technology to improve efficiency and accurate work. Also the wait time for routine check ups are quick and easy! Michael Croft is professional, respectful, and customer focused. Always willing to do what is right and in the favor of his customers. Donald Latimer Provides Excellent Customer Service! I went into Olathe Dodge to get my car serviced and while I was waiting, I looked at a few vehicles. I met Donnie Latimer and he was very professional I went into Olathe Dodge to get my car serviced and while I was waiting, I looked at a few vehicles. I met Donnie Latimer and he was very professional and friendly to me. He showed interest in me being in the dealership and asked if I had been taken care of. We had idle chit chat and he engaged me in an informative conversation about my automobile needs. He asked great questions and I never felt pressured or like he was trying to sell me something. When I am ready to purchase my next vehicle, I have Donnie's card and I will be using it! I appreciate his laid back demeanor and his sincere authenticity. He made me laugh too! I felt very comfortable in this dealership. I have purchased several cars on my own, as a woman, in the past, I did not have good experiences. I feel that I could buy a car from Donnie and put my trust in him and Olathe that I will be treated fairly and have my automobile needs met.
