Purchase of new RAM 1500 Went in to get scheduled service and started talking to Mike Sr. Have talked to him off and on for years. We went for a test drive while I waited for my oil change and ended up buying a replacement the next day. Mike was very helpful, had all the answers. I expect I left a little to much money on the table, who knows, but left feeling that I got a fair deal. I have purchased several vehicles from Olathe Dodge over the years, and although for a few years service declined some, at this time they are back with the best in my opinion. Although, for a while I got routine maintenance done elsewhere, they seem to have reversed policies and procedures to favor enhanced customer satisfaction practices. I will continue to patronize for sales and service as long as they continue with current trends. More

Car repair is usually a very stressful ordeal, but you both have consistently helped me feel at ease and frankly, be happy to see you every time I needed work done on my car! I appreciate you both very much. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your needs from oil changes, to service to buying a new car (ask for Mike Sr. in sales...he is a gem!) Horrible service I purchased a brand new 2016 dodge dart on Aug 31. My windshield wipers quit working October 26. I called the service department got an appointment fo I purchased a brand new 2016 dodge dart on Aug 31. My windshield wipers quit working October 26. I called the service department got an appointment for October 27 and was told I would have a rental car. I get to the service department and they inform me I cannot get a rental car because of age. Mind you my 21st birthday is October 30th. They called me later on the 27th and let me know that the body control module is bad and a new one will be in on the 28th. I called the service department on the 28th about 1pm and was informed my car would be ready by the time I got there shortly after 5. I headed up from Eudora KS and received a call about 4:40pm saying there was more going on than just the body control module. I asked about transportation. Jerry(is who I talked to) said that they couldn't get me a rental. He said they would completely unhook the battery over night and try to reset the modules. I received a call about 8:30am on the 29th, the body control module was bad and a new one would be in on the 1st of November. The guy informed me that you have to be 25 to get a rental but my parents would be able to sign for one. I got to the dealership about 1:15pm. The rental car service told me that I could be 21 to sign but I would have to come in after my 21st birthday. I've gotten nothing but the run around from these people. Been told lies and false information. I am not the least bit pleased with the service department at all or the fact that I was sold a lemon. More

Repaired other areas and they collected more than $ 800 for nothing. Finally, the four time in they found the problem with my Van "old" Mr. Mike called. A Heather Coil the cost $1,400. How about warranty? Mike said, no warranty or any breaks for the previous repairs that the dealer did anything to fixed the original isssue, sweet smell fron the air vents. A dealer should be the best because they represent the manufacture, but they did not do anything for me. I only use them for oil changes because of their qualification. I recommend the dealer to my friend to purchase a new jeep, but now no way i fo that because i had the worse experience with the repair of my van. More
Turning a negative into a positive I loved this dealership from the start, they made the buying process so easy. I referred my parents who also purchased a vehicle. Flash forward a ye I loved this dealership from the start, they made the buying process so easy. I referred my parents who also purchased a vehicle. Flash forward a year and I took my Jeep in for routine oil change. I was disappointed two days later when I noticed oil leaking all over my driveway. I drove the Jeep back to the dealership and was not happy! It was very hard to stay angry, the two techs who greeted me both genuinely apologized, they got Mike Moutray, Jr. the manager to me right away. Mike reassured me they would make this all right. Mike rushed me to a complimentary rental for the day so I could get to work and then stayed in contact with me throughout the day. They gave mt Jeep a through inspection to ensure nothing else was wrong and send a tech to my house the next day to clean up all the oil. Mike, Kirby and the other techs restored my confidence is this dealership and turned a negative into a positive. More

Just a little over two hours later, Theo had us in a 2016 Grand Caravan with everything we asked for in the van! There was no hassle, no pushing, and no pressure. That is the quickest we have ever purchased a vehicle and it was great! More

The work involved removing and reinstalling the remote start transmitter/receiver on the windshield. All this was done at no cost to me, insurance paid the entire bill. Service was fast and all personnel were courteous. I highly recommend this dealership for auto damage repair. This is my second experience with them and both were outstanding. More

Good experience wirh salesman and the process was easy 1) I wish (probably should have asked) that I had known that no loaner cars are provided for warranty service. This is the 1st dealership I've ever dealt with that did not provide free loaners for major service work. I've even purchased a car out of town and then taken to a local dealer and been given free loaner when needed. I hope this isn't something I will ever need - but it is surely a surprising inconvenience considering the purchase. 2) My salesman promised that I would receive an e-mail with a coupon or something for no-charge first oil change. I've never received anything. 3) I have tried several times since purchasing the Durango to sign up for the free subscription to UConnect - with not luck. I've finally given up - I guess if I cannot sign up for it I must not need it that much. Wish that I could get some help with this without having to make a trip to the dealership. So - in summary - the experience with the recent recall was fine and the service department seems to do a good job. but I wish someone would rethink the no loaner policy and also send the oil change coupon or information about it that I was promised.
