I went online the night before and was able to get in at 7 in the morning. I was happy about that. Great service. I didn't like the 3% surcharge for using a credit card if I had the cash I would of paid with cash. I paid went to wait for my car and after about 15 minutes I went back in to check on it. A guy had just paid and she called back for his car. I asked about mine and she said did you bring number 320 or whatever number up yet. He said no. I went back out with the guy who just paid and guess what he got his car. I'm still waiting. He said I will be right out with your car. I waited a total of 30 minutes for my car after being charged a 3% surcharge. More

Received poor communication throughout the entire service period. Even after leaving multiple voicemails, texts, and emails all communication was ignored from me and resulted in multiple phone calls and dela period. Even after leaving multiple voicemails, texts, and emails all communication was ignored from me and resulted in multiple phone calls and delayed time throughout. This resulted in a job that could have been done in 1-2 days last 4 days and cost me more in extra rentals for days I would not have needed if communication would have been better. Was quoted a price of $500 if warranty did not cover it. Thankfully my warranty did cover it. When I got my bill my out of pocket was $200 but the full bill was actually only $300 so it makes me question if the problem was fixed appropriately or if the charge I would have received would have been inflated past the $300 for no reason. More

On my last service visit the plastic engine cover was loose, the engine air filter cover was secured with 1 clip the other 3 were loose, the glove compartment door wasn’t installed correctly. I checked t loose, the engine air filter cover was secured with 1 clip the other 3 were loose, the glove compartment door wasn’t installed correctly. I checked the torque on the wheel lug nuts and found 2 that were under torqued. This kind of stuff seems to happen every time I have my car serviced there. I don’t think I will be back. More

I live five mile from Gladstone Dodge Chrysler and Jeep. That is saying alot about the folks at Olathe that I'm okay with driving 40 minutes for great service.
