I have tried to patronize this dealership's service department several times - mainly because I purchased my vehicle from Brandon at this location and had a great buying experience. I believe Tony manages this department in a way that promotes fear-mongering and deceitful / opportunistic policies and practices. I recently gave up on Tony's department and took my vehicle to a different nearby Ram service center and had a 100% opposite experience. I wasn't pressured to sign any documents accepting responsibility for payment and the tech identified the problem quickly and the advisor worked efficiently with the warranty company, I do not believe it's a coincidence that my experience was 5-Star at Reed Ram Service. I believe the ODCJR service is rigged to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. Again, my opinion is not based on one single recent experience. I've been trying to work with ODCJR for more than 4 years and almost every single time there are unnecessary sales tactics and inefficient delays, and broken promises, and return visits for the same problems. My husband misunderstood him to say that the repair could probably done by the end of the day and for $150. If I bring the van back for a repair, I do not want to deal with him. I would prefer a different manager. I did appreciate the shuttle ride to pick up the car. More
