I have had a horrible experience. I brought my Jeep in last month and had brake work done that didn't need to be done. After that didn't fix the problem I brought it back in to find I brought my Jeep in last month and had brake work done that didn't need to be done. After that didn't fix the problem I brought it back in to find out the brake lines were leaking. While it was there the ignition switch broke off. I was quoted $1200 to fix it. I declined service. I have tried to come in 3 different times to pick up my Jeep and each time I get a different response that it is not ready or it needs something else done. I was told my the service manager last week they would have it ready and I could drive it home. On Friday he said there was a miscommunication and it was going to cost $300 or I could have it towed. I left him a voicemail to call me back and crickets. This has been the typical response of this service department. Just ignore me and I assume they hope it goes away. I will never recommend this dealership for service or purchase of vehicles. More

Josh was GREAT but to charge a 3% surcharge for CC's is bush league especially when that news is delivered AFTER the service was complete.. Big money? No. But certainly something that will lead me to co bush league especially when that news is delivered AFTER the service was complete.. Big money?
