Rainer was very rude, argumentative and disrespectful. When I walked out to my truck from the waiting room, I noticed my passenger window rolled down and when I got into my truck. I tried to roll up the passenger window from the driver's side and that's when I noticed that the button was broken. Per Lucas, the assistant manager, informed me that rolling down the passenger window is not something they do. However, I informed him of what I saw as well as sent a picture of what was broken. Lucas preceeded to dismiss the issue & told me that it was due to high mileage. I didn't have this issue prior to bringing my truck in for an oil change. I have never been so disrespected as a customer until I visited this location. I was supposed to get a call back from a supervisor by the name of "Tony Acock" but if course that never happened. Generally, we have been satisfied with the service provided by this dealership. The service technicians are generally helpful. However, length of time waiting for repairs and/or oil changes seem exces provided by this dealership. The service technicians are generally helpful. Also, pricing is very high comparatively and I would be hesitant to bring my vehicle in for non-warranty repairs and definitely not for maintenance services (filters, belts, fluids, tires, etc..) if they were not already included in the purchase. My Ram has been in the service center 3 time to look for an exhaust leak over the past 18 months. The problem was final diagnosed a few weeks ago however Ram won’t cover and neither will the extended warra an exhaust leak over the past 18 months.
