Rainer was very rude, argumentative and disrespectful. When I walked out to my truck from the waiting room, I noticed my passenger window rolled down and when I got into my truck. I tried to roll up the passenger window from the driver's side and that's when I noticed that the button was broken. Per Lucas, the assistant manager, informed me that rolling down the passenger window is not something they do. However, I informed him of what I saw as well as sent a picture of what was broken. Lucas preceeded to dismiss the issue & told me that it was due to high mileage. I didn't have this issue prior to bringing my truck in for an oil change. I have never been so disrespected as a customer until I visited this location. I was supposed to get a call back from a supervisor by the name of "Tony Acock" but if course that never happened. My Ram has been in the service center 3 time to look for an exhaust leak over the past 18 months. The problem was final diagnosed a few weeks ago however Ram won’t cover and neither will the extended warra an exhaust leak over the past 18 months.
