Cameron identified multiple recalls on my car that needed to be addressed, he proactively pointed that out and he asked the service department to order parts for a future visit. I asked if they had any coupons, and he said that they had a package of three oil changes that could be purchased for a much better price than the one off price I was intending to pay.
