Was charged $175 for an electrical concern being told I need a whole need headlamp to dash harness and would cost over $1500 to fix my headlight when I expressed it's just a fuse or relay. The original reason I brought my truck in was never addressed appropriately and now I have to bring my truck back next week. The scheduling process was ridiculous. I was told I had recalls that needed fixed, but found out when I picked up my truck it didn't apply to my VIN. While your staff were very nice, they inconvenienced me and did not solve my problem.
