Not happy. After brining my truck in multiple times, the original Service advisor (William Nicholson) promised me upgraded brake pads & rotors and then never de After brining my truck in multiple times, the original Service advisor (William Nicholson) promised me upgraded brake pads & rotors and then never delivered. Then a new advisor was assigned and instead of fulfilling the commitment noted in the computer system and multiple text messages, they backtracked and did little to nothing. Bottom line is that I took my truck in to simply get brake pads and rotors replaced. It wasn’t making any noises prior to the initial replacement and then when I left the dealership it was making squeeling noises when feathering the brakes. Service department claims no fault in the fact that a noise started only after they serviced my vehicle and then tried to stick me with a $1400 upsell into new calipers, cables & a brake fluid flush. I’m guessing they damaged the caliper when doing the work and didn’t take accountability for it. They have lost my patronage as a result of this. More

Asking a simple clarifying question turns into a three-day appointment because of the back and forth between the office and technician. Alongside unsatisfactory customer service, a broad statement of work was issued but the signed work order was vague, lacking cost line items. I regret bringing my vehicle by for such an exploratory issue because it left me vulnerable to being taken advantage of. More
Everyone at the dealership is extremely courteous . I always enjoy having my Ram truck serviced at this dealership.I can’t say enough good things about Shawn in the service department. No such thing as express service for oil change even with an appointment. I would continue to use dealership if it has oil change in one hour or less. 2.5 hours with an appointment is just too long. an appointment.
