I have been a customer for the last 12 years. William is the first rude and disrespectful person I have dealt with. He would take no responsibility for messing up my vehicle after a simple batter William is the first rude and disrespectful person I have dealt with. He would take no responsibility for messing up my vehicle after a simple battery change and tried to make me pay for the damages done to my vehicle. He was very hard to communicate with. Out of 5 texts I sent he responded to one. It was no easier to communicate through the phone. I am not sure if he is just disrespectful to women or if he treats all his customers this way. Once my vehicle was fixed I contacted William's manager, Jacob Todd, who was very pleasant to deal with. He helped turn my negative experience into something positive. More
