We chose to visit Olathe Toyota after reading their rating and reviews on this site. We were deciding between the Honda Odyssey and the Toyota Sienna. We were impressed that Shannon Merkel (sales person) had so many positive reviews so we contacted her and made an appointment to test drive the Sienna. Shannon was very helpful, knowledgable, and pleasant to work with ... just as her reviews had stated. We knew what we needed for our trade in and what was a fair market price for the Sienna and were pleased that Shannon was able to meet our terms. We were very happy with every aspect of our purchasing experience. We love our new Sienna and appreciate the "no pressure", friendly staff at Olathe Toyota. More

I have been to this dealership for 5 other cars. Yet, the owner (Kelly) and Shannon (sales person) and Jim (the loan officer) and Kim (customer service manager) all treated me with great generosity and respect. I will gladly and do gladly recommend them and would be happy to publicly say so. Shannon (sales person) has worked with my family for about six years and she has always been so accommodating, courteous, polite and makes the customer feel part of her family, thus, interested in the customer's best. I have nothing but good to say about the entire organization. I might add, the owner, Kelly Thomas, is an outstanding gentlemen with great integrity which is why he was so helpful in dealing with my car and its demise and then a subsequent new purchase. Kelly truly represents the old school way of doing business and I will continue to send him as many customers as I possibly can. I consider Kenny Thomas Olathe the best in their field. More

I had the pleasure of meeting Yo in 2005 when I walked up to the door of the dealership, he is very pleasant and knowledgeable and has a good since of humor. I told him I was interested in a Rav 4 and he too to the door of the dealership, he is very pleasant and knowledgeable and has a good since of humor. I told him I was interested in a Rav 4 and he took some information about me and showed me some Ravs, I left with a 2005 Rav 4 that day. I have told several people about my experience with Yo and how curtious everyone is at Olathe Toyota, but to ask for Yo when they go to buy a vehicle, he will be honest and upfront with you. I have been buying my vehicles from their ever since that day. My husband has bought his trucks through Yo and my parents have bought their cars through Yo. Everyone that I have referred to Yo has been very happy with the way they are treated. Yo also calls us to make sure we are happy with our vehicles and he sends text to wish us happy holidays.
